HARFORD INSISTS HE IS NOT JOINING FOREST

Mick Harford has today quickly moved to confirm that he is still NOT joining Joe Kinnear at Nottingham Forest – contrary to reports in today’s newspapers.

Luton Town's coach and Director of Football Mick Harford has rubbished reports that he is joining Joe Kinnear at Nottingham Forest after all.

Thursday morning's Daily Mirror claimed that Kinnear had finally convinced Harford to leave Luton and was all set to appoint him as his number two at the County Ground.

But this morning (Thursday) he has confirmed to BBC Three Counties Sport that while he was at the match between Forest and Gillingham on Wednesday night, there is absolutely no truth in the report and he is not joining the First Division strugglers.
